Program Fees & Expenses
Below, you’ll find information about the cost of each program, financial assistance opportunities and state-funded scholarships. Although each intern abroad program does have a “sticker price,” the actual net cost paid will vary greatly by student. For example, students at some colleges or universities will pay their normal tuition to their school, and no more. Others will have their tuition waived and will pay our fees only. Some will be charged a combination of the two. It is important to investigate your school’s unique situation as early as possible. You can do this by contacting The Washington Center or your campus liaison.
The following awards are also available, on a limited basis, to eligible students:
- Civic Engagement Award
- Diversity Leaders Award
- National Collegiate Honors Council Scholarship
- Association of College Honor Societies Scholarship
