The Washington Center and the U.S.-Japan Council's TOMODACHI Initiative are pleased to announce the Building the TOMODACHI Generation Morgan Stanley Ambassadors Program: Alumni Boot Camp!
Due to the ongoing pandemic, our normal programming has been postponed until 2022. However, this has allowed us the opportunity to provide added value to our alumni community through a supplementary slate of virtual panel discussions, workshops and networking events to help you positively effect change in your communities and form stronger connections among BTG alumni, as well as the greater TOMODACHI alumni community. This is a continuation of the introductory StrengthsFinder workshop during the Buillding the TOMODACHI Generation Morgan Stanley Ambassadors Program, in which participants explored their individual strengths using the CliftonStrengths assessment. This 2.0 session will be led by a certified Strengths Coach from TWC and will help you build upon that knowledge and learn more about how to apply your strengths to your professional careers.

The Impact of COVID-19 on Marginalized Groups in Japan and the United States

BTG Alumni Boot Camp Opening Networking Event
Join representatives from Morgan Stanley, the U.S.-Japan Council, and The Washington Center to learn what's coming up in this inaugural Alumni Boot Camp. Following these opening remarks, you'll be able to network with other BTG and TOMODACHI alumni in breakout rooms of four to five people with similar interests. You'll have the opportunity to learn about each other’s academic and professional pursuits, and create important connections with like-minded individuals.
